Catherine has qualifications in Fashion Design and started her career as a fashion buyer for a major Australian retailer.  Two years ago Catherine decided to transform and redesign her life and career, to quit corporate life and start helping others transform their lives in the way she has transformed hers. 

Since that time Catherine has achieved qualifications in Sports Nutrition, Weight Loss Management and Life Coaching.  Catherine is an Associate Member of the International Coach Guild.  

 

Not only will she help you on your journey towards your own weight loss and healthy eating goals, but Catherine will work with you on your mindset that allows you to make positive changes in your life that are permanent and sustainable.

Catherine’s is passionate about helping her clients develop healthy eating habits.  She incorporates fresh foods and manageable eating plans into her programmes. She will work with you on developing your ultimate goals towards a slimmer healthier you.  Her approach is not developing weight loss plans, but rather developing a whole lifestyle plan that enables you to easily maintain a new healthy approach to life.

Catherine has extensive experience in the corporate world working with teams to achieve business success and personal growth. She has incorporated the methods taught by Tony Robbins, Stephen Covey, Sharon Pearson, Susan Jeffers and Rhonda Britten to help her clients create lasting change in their lives.
